I'm no longer a lone ronger #2 Restoran Nelayan Gombak

Yo bro!

The previous post was more on akad nikah. Now, it's about my walimah.

I did my akad nikah and walimah on the same day, at the same place, with the same (less but more) decorations of dais. The akad nikah was held at 9 am, while the walimah started at 11.30 am.
The venue? I chose Restoran Nelayan, Gombak. The place was beautiful, just like what I want for my wedding. I chose cream + gold theme for both receptions.

Kak As from Butik Sentuhan Sutera (Wangsa Maju) did my dais and makeup. I requested for simple yet elegant dais, and that's the outcome of it! Kak As was very talented and experienced enough to make your dream come true. I love her, and will not forget her. The flowers were all fresh flowers, the deco was simple and wallah! beautiful! I'm satisfied.

I wore Baju Kurung Pahang Songket Bunga Tabur for my nikah. And, Baju Kurung Moden (and the material was from my hantaran during the engagement), both tailored by Kimie Kajang. The cost, alhamdullilah below RM1000 together with the awning scarfs and veils for both receptions. Cool eh? Kimie Kajang the best! TQSM!

It's good to have some good steps in IIUM Gombak with beloved boyfriend. Reminiscence of good old days as a student of IIUM (2007 - 2013).

Hi peeps!

After a long silence, now I am here, to declare something that I have missed out updating.

I got married last month as in 8th March 2014 (the same day MH370 went missing from the space) (lots of condolences to the family members) to someone special called Zizok. Just call him that way.

We met 6 years ago during National Service at Batu Pahat, Johor. I was the leader for Alpha team -wirawati- and so do him -wira-. Several times, we caught each other's eyes and smiles, until today, we still do. At first, I did not believe that that relationship will work, but Allah planned the very best for everything. He gave us strength to be in each other's do'a and alhamdulillah, on March 8th, 2014 we got married.

We got engaged on December 28th, 2013, 4 days after my 24th birthday. So yeah, that was the precious birthday gift given from Zizok and my parents. Le parents accepted our relationship, and as much as we discussed on that beautiful day, we had finally come to a suitable date for the akad nikah and walimah.

I decided to make those two occasions within one day, for I rethought the cost of living and the cost if getting married these days. Alhamdulillah, Zizok gave RM12,224,89 for the 'duit hantaran' and RM300 for the dowry. My parents didn't ask for more, as the niat was more on getting things done showered with barakah.

Again, alhamdulillah, my marriage was in budget. My marriage was not that grand, but I'm so happy that family, friends and all came all the way from Kuantan, Kelantan and Kuching (3K)! Syukur. Thank you all for warm wishes and presents. Couldn't say more.

Please put me in your do'as for as much as we do'a for each other, insyaallah Allah will grant something miracle. I LOVE YOU ALL.

Today, I am re-doing my 3rd transcription. And I HAVE TO FINISH THIS REDO BY TODAY. That's the aim. Bismillah. 

As for my ow ow ti di (OOTD stands for Outfit Of The Day) today, I am wearing black baju kurung to celebrate my REDO transcription. That's all.

Today was my bad day! I HAD MISTAKENLY OVERWRITTEN MY 3RD TRANSCRIPTION WITH MY 4TH TRANSCRIPTION! 

I should have done backupSS - like many backups! LIKE TWO THREE FOUR backups. In hard disk, in pendrives, YA plural pendrive! And the most preferable way is send all your data or your (one day) work to your email. Cause, in this level, you just can't think of any other things! DATA DATA DATA equals to LIFE LIFE LIFE. The transcriptions are the data that I have collected from the participants. So, whoever out there whom are doing their thesis or project paper, please take care of your belongings i.e. data before your craziness act something that is beyond your sanity!

Just wanna share something with you guys, Here is a LINK for you, my friends, to download free e-books. I used to download short stories or novels from here and read it on my tab. It's simple, but of course, you have to have internet connection to make this works! 

Also, I would like to congratulate my dear friend, Natasha Ismail, for her new enrollment as one of the ASTRO staffs! She had gone and worked in many companies and I must say that ASTRO suits her best. Insyaallah. PLUS+++ the salary that they have offered to her was more than enough for a single woman (OMG! You're a woman!) who lives with her aunt and uncle at Setiawangsa. No commitment yet.  I think she owed me Tony Romas dinner, I guess?

Mooi said, it is normal to remember someone who once had given smiles on my face? Haish.. Why-lah? You are now married with two kids, and me. ME? ME? Stupid girl I am to have spent my precious two minute and remembered you. Maybe, it's time for me to get married? (hehehe gelak manje sambil tutup mulut!) So that I can always have my husband in my mind - every day, every minute, every second. 

HAHAHA!
